From the initial craftworks, we move on to providing more complete services and facilities constructions step by step, from foundation to the roof, offering a unique combination of craft knowledge, expertise, systematism, but also artistic skills when it comes to making complex details.

We are becoming recognized for our Velux roof windows installation

This year was special for us in terms of business, since we got the opportunity to work on the reconstruction of the renowned Maestral hotel and resort in Pržno. This jewel of the Adriatic premium hotel service has received a new look and become one of the most beautifully designed hotels on the Adriatic coast. Our work is reflected in the installation of large format tiles, which contributed to the overall impression of the grandiose hotel interior. One of the important services for which our family company has become recognizable is certainly the installation of Velux roof windows. Given we have a certified craftsman for the proper installation of these roof windows, we can guarantee the ultimate quality and maximum comfort that contribute to the refined look of your attic. One of the most significant projects this year when it comes to Velux roof windows installation was the “Kalija” garden center project. In addition to the aesthetics, these windows have functional significance due to the strong need for light for optimal plant development.

We are becoming part of large and significant projects

Our small family business is progressing, expanding with bigger and more significant projects in our portfolio, while the investors recognize the quality of services, dedication, and craftsmanship we approach each business with. In addition to the reconstruction of the house in Podgorica, we would like to single out the installation of large-format tiles in the exclusive Entext salon in Radanovići, as well as in the Fuma Hotel in Kotor. Despite being difficult for everyone, this corporate year was equally dynamic and challenging for us, given the fact that in a period of uncertainty we managed to create several significant projects and, along with our business partners and clients, stay true to the quality we strive for in our business. As a significant project, we would like to highlight our work for Emerald Garden, a unique eco-lux building in Podgorica, where our craftsmen installed large-format tiles and performed fine ceramic work. In addition, working for the Ramada Hotel is certainly something worth mentioning that marked that year, providing the tailwind to our entire team as the incentive to persistently defy constant challenges.
