Arhimont has been performing rough-in construction works since the very beginning of our establishment. We have the labor force and mechanization for specific works, and for other works, we cooperate with our subcontractors.

As part of our rough-in construction works, we perform preparatory, concrete, reinforcement, masonry, insulation, carpentry, roofing, and sheet metal work.

1. PREPARATORY WORKS

From the preparatory works, we perform the following: plaster breaking, ceramic tiles removal, ceiling replacement, wall demolition, hole drilling, carpentry dismantling, roof dismantling, coverings, and more.

2. CONCRETE WORKS

To perform this type of work, we have our concrete mixer on the Palazzani PB 90 machine with an approximate volume of 1 m3 for preparing concrete up to MB 30, and for the concrete brand MB 30 and over we take ready-mixed concrete from the concrete factory. To perform this type of work, we have our construction operations and we perform the concrete works of:

– Foundations of buildings and equipment in formwork or excavation

– Horizontal and vertical circles

– Sidewalks and paths

– AB slabs and floor slabs

– Stairs in the required formwork

– Single pillars in natural concrete

– Parapets

– AB walls in single-sided and double-sided formwork

3. REINFORCEMENT WORKS

We perform cutting, bending, bonding, and installation of ready-made reinforcement.

4. MASONRY WORKS

We perform all types of masonry work, through masonry structures (buildings), retaining walls, manholes, etc.

5. INSULATION WORKS

We independently perform simpler works, such as insulation works during the construction of less complex facilities, while for insulation works on a larger scope, we have several subcontractors with whom we have been cooperating for many years.

6. CARPENTRY AND ROOFING WORKS

We perform all types of simple and complex roof constructions, from the procurement of the necessary material to the execution of our construction operations.

7. SHEET METAL WORKS

For the execution of these works, we have long-term associates from whom we procure material that has been custom-made according to our designs, while we perform these works wit quality and according to the rules of the profession.
